Changing your plan
Recruiting focus shifts — a new assistant with contacts in Brazil, a season where Scandinavia stops producing what you need. You can change plans without talking to anyone.
Adding coverage
You can upgrade yourself while logged in — from Settings → Subscription, or straight from a blurred report, which carries links to buy the bundle that player belongs to.
That second route is usually the one you want: you are already looking at the player you need, and the report becomes readable as soon as the payment goes through.
Upgrading partway through a billing period is prorated. You pay only the difference for the days remaining in your current period, access opens as soon as the payment clears, and your renewal date does not move. There is no penalty for upgrading mid-season and no reason to wait for your renewal to come round.
Switching which bundles you have
On Single and Dual plans you choose which regional bundles you want. If you are covering the Nordics and want European Core instead, that is a swap rather than an upgrade — the price does not change. Email hello@veri-scout.com and we will move it across for you.
Reducing coverage
You can downgrade yourself from Settings. The change takes effect at your next renewal — you keep the coverage you have paid for until then, and there is no refund for the unused part of the current period.
The practical consequence: there is no cost to leaving a plan change until the end of a recruiting cycle, and no benefit to rushing it mid-season.
Reports you generated while you had wider coverage are not deleted. They stay in your Report History, blurred if they fall outside your new plan, and readable again if you add that coverage back.
Monthly to annual
Annual billing costs less than twelve monthly payments. If you started monthly and want to switch, contact us at hello@veri-scout.com and we will sort out the timing.
Cancelling
By email — write to hello@veri-scout.com from the address on the account and we will confirm the effective date.
What never changes
Whatever plan you move to, the product is the same: unlimited reports in the countries you cover, your whole staff included, the full scouting engine, the shared Recruiting Board. Only the regions change.
