Account, staff & billing
Almost everything about your account is self-serve. This article covers adding your staff, your subscription, and the one setting you cannot change yourself.
Adding your staff
Invite colleagues yourself from your Settings page — no need to contact us, and no waiting.
Your price does not change with the number of staff. One subscription covers your program, whether that is a head coach working alone or a full staff of five. There are no seats to buy and no per-user charge, so there is no reason to share a login: give everyone who recruits their own account.
Everyone you invite works from the same subscription, which means the same country coverage and the same shared Recruiting Board. A player one coach saves is on the board for the whole staff, and Staff view shows who brought in whom.
Your program's details
You can update your program information, your own profile and your password from Settings.
One exception: you cannot edit your program's tier. It is calculated from your program's RPI rankings over the past five seasons, weighted so recent seasons count most, and re-evaluated after each season — a measurement, not a preference, which is what makes the Match Score meaningful. If you believe your association, division or tier is recorded incorrectly, contact us at hello@veri-scout.com and we will check it. Every Match Score in your account depends on it being right.
Your subscription
Settings → Subscription shows your plan, the bundles it includes, your billing cycle and your next renewal date.
From there you can:
- Add a bundle — pick it and check out through Stripe, inside the platform. Coverage opens as soon as payment goes through. You can also start this straight from a blurred report.
- Change your bundles as your recruiting focus shifts.
Cancelling
Cancellations are handled by email. Write to hello@veri-scout.com from the address on the account and we will take care of it and confirm the effective date back to you.
When a free trial ends
Nothing dramatic happens. You are not locked out and nothing is deleted — your account, your Recruiting Board and your Report History all stay exactly as they were.
What changes is coverage: your trial included all four bundles, so once it ends, reports for countries you have not subscribed to appear blurred. Add the relevant bundle and they are readable again, including reports you generated during the trial.
Security
Change your password any time from Settings, or use the forgot-password link on the login page for a self-serve reset by email. If a coach leaves your program, remove their access in Settings — accounts are per person, while the Recruiting Board belongs to the program and keeps everything they saved.
Common questions
Does adding another coach cost extra?
No. The price is the same regardless of how many staff members you add.
Do my assistants see the same players and countries as me?
Yes. Coverage and the Recruiting Board belong to the subscription, so everyone on your staff sees the same thing.
Can I change my program's tier?
No — it is calculated, not chosen. If you think it is wrong, contact us and we will check the record.
