My program details are wrong
Your program's details are not cosmetic. Your association and tier are what personalise every Match Score in your account, so if they are wrong, the headline number on every report you run is wrong with them.
What to check
Open Settings and confirm three things:
- Your program — the right school, spelled the way you want it to appear.
- Your association — NCAA D1, D2, D3, NAIA or NJCAA.
- Your tier — A through E within that association.
Worth doing on day one, before you run reports you might later have to re-read.
What you can change yourself
Program information and your own profile details are editable in Settings.
What you cannot change
Tier. It is calculated from your program's RPI rankings over the past five seasons, weighted so that recent seasons count most, and re-evaluated after each season as new rankings publish. It is a measurement, not a setting — which is the point. If programs could choose their own tier, the Match Score would mean nothing.
"Our tier feels too low"
The most common version of this: a program that has improved sharply in the last season or two sits lower than it feels, because five seasons of results are in the calculation and the older ones still count. That is the system being deliberately slow to react rather than the system being wrong — and it corrects itself as the weaker seasons age out.

What happens after a correction
Match Scores are calculated against your program's details, so once they are corrected, reports reflect the corrected version. Reports re-generate every 14 days in any case, and re-running one costs nothing if you want to see the change immediately.
If you work across two programs
Check the Active scouting workspace on your dashboard before you start. Reports and boards belong to a workspace, and a report run in the wrong one is scored against the wrong program.
